NFL pool guide · Pick'em vs the spread
Pick'em against the spread, scored for you
Picking winners is easy when the favorites keep winning. Against the spread, the underdog matters too: a pick only counts if the team covers the line.
The app freezes each week's spreads about a day and a half before the first kickoff, so everyone picks against the same numbers, then grades every cover and push from the final score.

How it works
- Pick every game against the spread each week.
- Each right pick is worth a point.
- A push is worth half a point.
- A missed pick counts as wrong.
- Each game locks at its own kickoff.
- Most points after Week 18 wins.

Questions
Where do the spreads come from?
From the same live NFL data feed as the scores. They freeze before the week starts so they never change under you.
How is a push scored?
A push is half a point by default.
Can we pick only some games?
Yes. A "best 5" pool lets everyone choose any five games a week.
